abbGrowers has been Skal certified since September 2017. With this certification we are allowed to store, pack and distribute organic fruit and vegetables. As a regulator, Skal is committed to demonstrating the reliability of organic products in the Netherlands. An agricultural product or foodstuff may only be called organic if the production process complies with legal requirements. The European government determines the rules for this. Skal checks with audits whether abbGrowers adheres to these rules.
